Today in Beijing, HTC launched the Butterfly, international version of its 5-inch 1080p monster Droid DNA and Butterfly J.
The HTC Butterfly shares the same specs as its Verizon sibling: a 5-inch Super LCD 3 display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (440ppi), quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro clocked at 1.5GHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal memory (expandable up to 32 GB with a microSD card ), 8-megapixels main camera with f/2.0 lens, 2.1 front-facing, NFC, Beats Audio, 2,020mAh battery and runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box with Sense UI on top of it.
The only certain thing is that the Butterfly will be released in China in mid-December and will cost 4,799 yuan ($771) without contract.
